The Ningbo Shengyu Digital Economy Industrial Park (Phase I) project is located in the XCL02 plot of the core area of Ningbo New Material Science and Technology City. The project is constructed by Ningbo Shengyu Industrial Park Development and Operation Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Heli Architectural Design Co., Ltd. is responsible for the design.
